With this concept we can transform the swimming pool area into a Mediterranean-style retreat with floating brunch options like Greek yogurt with honey and berries, hummus and pita, Mediterranean omelets, and fresh Mediterranean salads. We also offer mint tea or Mediterranean-inspired cocktails like a classic mimosa with a twist of Mediterranean herbs.
Poolside Picnic
This theme has the feel of a picnic with floating picnic baskets filled with sandwiches, fresh salads, charcuterie, and an assortment of cheeses. We even have a Hot Dog Board and a Grilled Cheese Board option available for this theme. The beverages served are Iced Tea, Sparkling Water, and Fresh Lemonade.

Elevate your floating brunch with a champagne or prosecco bar. Guests can enjoy a variety of champagne cocktails like mimosas, bellinis, and sangrias. We can also pair the drinks with gourmet pastries, quiches, and elegant fruit platters.

You also have the option of adding our exotic pineapple-stuffed French Toast, Mango Salsa Omeletets, or Coconut Pancakes. The floating trays also come with fruit skewers, yogurt parfaits, and mini acai bowls.
Latin Fiesta Brunch
Let's create a vibrant atmosphere with colorful pool floats and Mexican-inspired decorations.
This selection comes with a breakfast taco bar with options like scrambled eggs, chorizo, salsa, and guacamole. It is also paired with refreshing margarita mocktails, agua frescas, and churros with chocolate dipping sauce. We also include a floating cooler filled with Mexican sodas and sparkling water.
Boho Chic Brunch
This theme comes to you as a bohemian-inspired poolside setting with cozy rugs, floor cushions, and dreamcatchers. We offer a menu of artisanal pastries, quiches, and gourmet coffee and it is also served with refreshing fruit-infused water and mimosas with a variety of fruit juices. The floating trays are accompanied with cheese, charcuterie, and fig preserves.

We provide comfortable floating air mattresses or pool loungers with built-in cup holders. This themed concept is accompanied with a classic breakfast such as Eggs Benedict, Waffles, and Bacon or Sausage with floating breakfast trays. It is offered with a selection of freshly squeezed juices, coffee, and customizable breakfast cocktails with a serene ambiance with floating flower arrangements and soft background music.

This selection is decorated with bamboo, lanterns, and tropical flowers to capture the essence of Bali.
